Privacy Policy

CyberStreet is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of information we gather about you, how we use it and the means by which we keep it secure.

What Information Do We Collect and How Do We Use It?

When you register with CyberStreet, you will be asked to provide certain personal information, such as your name, street address, telephone number and e-mail address.

We use your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address to contact you about CyberStreet or about your account, to send your monthly invoices, and to send you information about other CyberStreet products and services we think might interest you. We do not sell, share, rent or otherwise disclose mailing lists or any personal information to any outside person or entity.

To provide you with helpful resources, CyberStreet's website may contain links to certain other sites. We cannot be responsible for the privacy practices of these sites; you should refer to these sites' privacy policies for details.

Minors

CyberStreet has no intention of collecting any personal information (that is, name, street address, telephone number, or email address) from individuals under 18 years of age. If a minor has provided us with personal information, a parent or guardian of that minor should contact us at the address listed at the bottom of this policy if they would like this information deleted from our records. We will use reasonable efforts to delete the minor's information from our existing files.

Collection of Internet Usage Data

For Internet access customers of CyberStreet, our servers do not currently gather information about which sites customers visit on the Internet. This practice may be put in place in the future to improve service quality and would only be used in the aggregate.

E-mail Contents

We will not read or disclose to third parties private e-mail communications that are transmitted using CyberStreet services except as required to operate the service or as otherwise authorized by law.

Improper Conduct

CyberStreet may use personal information to investigate and help prevent potentially unlawful activity, activity that threatens the network, or activity that otherwise violates the customer agreement for that service. Personal information will be disclosed if required by court order or law.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

CyberStreet reserves the right to modify or change its Privacy Policy. Any changes to this policy will be posted on our website. Also, the CyberStreet Privacy Policy is available by mail or fax to any customer or potential customer that requests it.
