Walter Peterson, Network Administrator
Mr. Peterson is one of the founding partners of CyberStreet and brings more than 35 years of hands-on IT experience to the team. His career began in 1987 when he installed the very first Novell network in Lee County—an early milestone that reflects his long-standing role as a technology pioneer in our region. Over the years, Mr. Peterson has designed and built the network and infrastructure that powers CyberStreet, ensuring dependable performance for both residential and business customers.
With deep expertise in Linux systems, network configuration, and Cisco equipment, he specializes in wireless engineering as well as the setup and management of virtual servers. In addition to his work in IT and networking, Mr. Peterson holds a patent for his contributions to electrical engineering—further demonstrating the innovation and problem-solving mindset he brings to every project.
Lesley L. Peterson, Website Developer
Ms. Peterson graduated cum laude in 2010 from the University of Central Florida’s College of Engineering and Computer Science and the Burnett Honors College, earning her B.S. in Information Systems Technology. Her academic achievements include Honors in the Major, UCF’s oldest and most prestigious undergraduate research program, reflecting both her technical skill and commitment to high-quality work.
With years of hands-on experience in the Joomla! Content Management System, Ms. Peterson specializes in building and maintaining websites that are functional, attractive, and easy for customers to manage. Her development skills include HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript, allowing her to create custom solutions that go beyond templates and support the unique needs of each client.
Mark Brandon, Technical Support and Windows Specialist
Mr. Brandon brings more than 35 years of IT experience to the CyberStreet team, with over 30 years of hands-on expertise supporting Microsoft Windows systems. He is highly skilled in working with all major versions of Windows, including installation, upgrades, virus and malware removal, system troubleshooting, and the configuration and support of Windows servers.
In addition to his deep Windows knowledge, Mr. Brandon has extensive experience with wireless technologies, making him a key resource for customers who need reliable connectivity and performance. He provides both remote and on-site support for residential and business clients, helping ensure systems stay secure, stable, and running at their best.
